The much anticipated rivalry match would hold on Tuesday by noon at Abesan Sports Center, Ipaja,Alimosho, Lagos.
Both team have met two times this year. Hephzibah boys stopped Chekas United FC at the recent NLO playoff at Alade Sports Center. When both of them met for the first time in State League, Hephzibah boys feeders played a goalless draw with Chekes feeders at Chekas homeground.
Their meeting tomorrow would be another test for Chekas boys as Hephzibah boys are fully ready to give them a run for their money.
Although Hephzibah failed to win their last home match against Bucknor FC and playing against Chekas boys would be a do or die affairs to them because they are desperate for victory.
Technical Director of Hephzibah, Shola Ogundare expressed his confidence in the ability of his players saying that Chekas boys would not leave Abesan Center without defeat.
“It is going to be a tough game and a rivalry match. We have met two times this year and the game was tough so I expect tough match on Tuesday but I am confident that Chekas would fall and they are in trouble comes tomorrow, ” he said.
Responding, Chekas Coach, Richard Nwosu said they have respect for their opponents but they are not afraid of their empty threat. He said his boys are ready and called the organisers to appoint good match officials that would handle the game.
Meanwhile, Team360 FC would host Power Of De Cross FC by 2pm at Legacy pitch, Surulere, A win for Team360 would brighten their chances to contest for the top two teams that would qualify in their grou for super four at the end of the season.
